Idly rice, Whole urad dal, Poha (flattened rice), Methi seeds, Filtered water, Himalayan pink salt

Instructions:

1.Grease idly plates with oil.    2.Pour batter into molds (do not overfill).   3.Steam for 10–12 minutes on medium flame.   4.Let rest for 2–3 mins before demolding.    5.Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
