Ingredients:

Rice, Whole white urad dal, Fenugreek seeds, Filtered water, Himalayan pink salt

Instructions:

1.Shake the bottle gently before opening.    2.Pour required batter into a bowl—do not add water.    3.Mix well and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.    4.Heat a non-stick pan, pour the batter, and spread in a circular motion.    5.Drizzle oil or ghee, cook till golden brown.    6.Serve hot with chutney or podi.
